Medium · 5–7K has a strong, kicking shape, and these letter K coloring pages are full of variety. You will find a koala hugging a tree, a kangaroo, a kitten, a kingfisher, a kookaburra and a kinkajou. There is a king with a scepter, a knight with a star shield, a karate kid, a kimono on a rack, a kettle on the stove, a kite in the sky and a big key beside a door.
The K has one straight line and two arms that kick out. Color the arms a different color from the line so the shape stands out. Gray suits the koala, and the kite can be as bright as your child wants.
K and C. Both say the same sound in kite and cat. Line up a K page and a C page and say the words together. Do they start the same?
Kitchen K. Color the kettle page, then find K things in the kitchen: a kettle, a knife (look only), ketchup.
Kick the arms. Show how the K's arms kick out from the middle. Your child can stand like a K with one leg and one arm out.
Animal homes. The koala and kangaroo live in Australia. Find Australia on a map and color it on paper.
The Easy pages suit 4 year olds well. Most pages here are Medium, so for younger children, color the big K and the main animal and skip the small background parts.
Khaki, a light brownish green, and kelly green, a bright grass green, both start with K. Khaki works for the kangaroo's fur or the knight's cape.
Use the Download all button near the top of this page. It puts every letter K coloring sheet into one PDF, ready to print.
Keep it simple: in a few words, the K is written but not said, like knight and knot. Most young children only need to know the K sound in kite and koala. Save the silent K for later reading.
