Medium · 5–7B is a fun letter to hear and say, and these letter B coloring pages are full of things kids already know. A teddy bear hugs a banana, a bunny sits beside the letter, bees buzz around and a sailboat drifts past. One page has bananas and strawberries packed into the B, and another has butterflies and balloons.
For bees, use yellow and black stripes. Bananas are easy too: yellow with a brown tip. If your child likes bright colors, the balloons are a good place to use every crayon in the box.
Bouncy B sound. The B sound pops out of closed lips. Have your child hold a hand in front of their mouth and say "b, b, ball" to feel the puff of air.
B or not B. Say words like ball, cat, bus and dog. Your child taps the B on their page every time they hear a word that starts with B.
Count the bees. On pages with bees or butterflies, ask how many there are. Write the number next to the letter B.
B and D. Many kids mix up b and d. Show the lowercase b as a bat with a ball: the bat comes first, then the ball.
Start with the Easy pages, which have one large B and a simple picture like a bunny. Thick lines leave room for crayon wobbles. Toddlers under 3 do best with one page at a time and a short session.
Blue, brown, black and beige all start with B, so this letter is easy for color practice. Ask your child to color the B in blue and the bunny in brown, saying each color name out loud.
Yes. Use the Download all button near the top of the page. You get a single PDF with all the letter B pictures, ready to print on US Letter paper.
Reading starts with linking a letter to its sound. When a child colors a bee next to a B and says the word, they connect the shape, the sound and the meaning. That link makes the letter easier to spot in books later.
